You lie down fully clothed on a treatment bed (or sit in a chair, whichever feels right). Preparation
Wear comfortable clothing you can fully relax in — you'll stay fully clothed throughout. Avoid heavy meals or alcohol 2–3 hours before. Drink water before and after. Bring an intention if you have one, or come open. You don't need to "do" anything during the session except receive.
